This is what other customers say:
This is my first Ortovox product so I was taking a chance at £99 for a 20L day sack. It has been excellent in use and is better designed and built than my usual go to favourite, the Arcteryx Brize 25. It is incredibly comfortable, all the adjustments, belts and buckles just seem to located exactly where you want them and there is no unnecessary clutter in the design. It has definitely been designed by people who know precisely what a comfortable lightweight day pack need to deliver. In Black and Grey it's also smart enough for town without looking too 'outdoorsy'. Expensive but definitely ticks all the boxes.

I seem to buy a similar rucksack nearly every year and it's always the zip that goes first.
I'm looking for a quality zip..
Hi Kevin, There's no reason to doubt the quailty of the zips used by Ortovox and I would happily stand by them but if you're looking for something a little more robust then have a look at the following pack from Mystery Ranch https://www.alpinetrek.co.uk/mystery-ranch-urban-assault-21-daypack-bf/
