We grant you a voluntary return period of 100 days after receipt of the goods. Be careful not to remove attached labels or dirty the item.
Unfortunately we do not offer a return for exchange service. Simply, return the item to us for a refund and place a new order for the item you want via the online shop.

You can download & print an Alpinetrek return label. With this, you can drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office. This return label is free of charge; however, we will deduct a processing fee of £3.99 from your refund.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt once the return has been processed and refunded. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used when placing your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. You can use this to track the progress of your delivery.

ou can also check the current status of your shipment in your order history if you have previously set up an account with us.

Please note: To ensure the fastest possible delivery, our parcels are transported to the destination country without an intermediate scan. For this reason, you will only be able to track your order once your local parcel service has taken over the shipment.

Since your parcel must first go through the customs process, it can take 3-6 working days for your parcel to be scanned for the first time. During this time, the tracking system will display "We're expecting it." Evri will deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Once your parcel arrives at our local logistics hub in Bury St. Edmunds, it will be scanned and cleared for customs. Normally, a refund is issued at this point and you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us once the return has been processed and refunded (usually within 7 days from the day we receive your returned items). For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used when placing your order.

Unfortunately, some products need to be manually processed at our warehouse in Germany. Please note it can take up to 21 days for returns to be delivered and processed at our distribution center. We will send you a confirmation of receipt once the return has been processed and refunded.
