Delivery and payment

Once your order is on its way it will get to you via the shortest possible route without any hassle for you! That means: Our logistics team will process your order as quickly as possible. And all this will happen at a fair price with no hidden costs!
This means that our logistics team will usually process your order within one working day, provided that all items are in stock. On average, it takes 5-7 working days for your package to reach you. Our logistics department is closed on weekends so any order placed on the weekend will be processed in the following week.

It can take longer to ship orders containing special items (e.g. tents, mountaineering backpacks, crash pads, walking sticks, sleeping bags, electronics and liquids) because these products are stored separately and manually packed.

Shipping to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and BFPO regions is unfortunately not possible at the present time. We are working on a post-Brexit solution for those regions.

You will not have to deal with customs after ordering from Alpinetrek. We’ll take care of the whole customs process and deliver your parcel cleared of customs directly to your doorstep.

What's best about our shipping costs? Most of the time there won't be any! Why? We offer free delivery to the UK from an order value of only £75!

Transport damage

Please check your shipment for completeness and transport damage immediately upon receipt and refuse to accept it if there is visible damage. 

If the damage was not discovered directly upon receipt, please take a photo of

  • the outside of the package
  • the inside of the package
  • the shipping label on the package
  • and take detailed photos of the damage

We need the information within 4 days to file the claim on time. 

Failure to file a claim or contact us will not affect your statutory warranty rights. However, doing so allows us to file our own claims against the carrier provider or transport insurance.
