Sizing

Hi I've read reviews that these run small and people have ordered a next half size up. Can you advise what the best size is for 24.5cm (UK6/EUR 39.5) feet size

I would like to know please. I tried on the Garmont Vetta boots on this year and I was a eu size 45 is that the same for the style ?
