Is this the full waterproof jacket, or is this the lite version?

Please see above, interested in the jacket. But I know there's a few versions. I'm after the full waterproof version.
If you can let me know if this is the one I'll take it?!

Hi Steve, Fully waterproof, breathable taped construction, underarm zipped vents for effective ventilation, zipped chest and rear pockets for safe storage and a high, adjustable collar for comfort and warmth.
