Very disappointed in this product and the customer service I have received from Alpinetrek.
I have used the box only a handful and times and on opening the box recently the catch simply fell to pieces. Having Googled this it seems to be a know defect and there are references to customers who have purchased this product via the Yeti store receiving replacement parts.
So aside from selling a product with known issues all I have been offered is £30 compensation (which is worthless as the box cannot now be carried by the handle without falling open and is no longer waterproof) or a vague offer to accept a return which may 'take many weeks' to resolve as the box would have to be shipped to America to be inspected.
