Xero Shoes - Scrambler Mid II WP - Barefoot shoes tested

As a barefoot shoe fan for many years these xero scrambler shoes fit my needs perfectly. Comfortable, lightweight and waterproof. However, I am slightly disappointed with the pull on hook by the heel. After just a few weeks of use the stitching has come undone and everytime I use it I can hear a slight tear.

Update. After 4 months of moderate usage the seems are beginning to show signs of becoming unstuck, the Michelin tred on the bottom is close to being worn out on the forefoot and heal. Having spent £174 I would have expected at least a few more months of wear and tare. Unfortunately now my opinion has changed, comfortable, yes, durability no. So I wouldn't buy these again and will opt back to buying merrel which stand up to the rigour of what's needed from a minimalist hiking shoe.
