Is this a non stick frying pan or a hard anodised frying pan.

There isn't enough info on each set. you have to go by the picture alone.

Hello ??,

that depends on the variant you choose, either it is ‘Ultralight Hardanodised’ or ‘Ultralight’, i.e. without a coating. The pan is non-stick in both cases.
