I've been using a packaway style waterproof for years and looking for a replacement. How easy is this jacket to fold down and stuff in a backpack? Many thanks in advance!
I've been using this jacket since 2018 and it is my all time to-go item for both outdoor activities and going out for groceries. I had the chance to test it under incredibly heavy rain and I had no single drop wetness inside the jacket - apart from sweating. It is labelled "Dryvent" but I feel zero ventilation. If the temperature is above 15 celcius degrees, it already starts getting too warm and you sweat like hell in this jacket. But in cold weather, it's your best friend. For winter hikings in below zero degrees I wear a fleece pullover and a light softshell jacket under this one and I stay warm and dry. It is also VERY light and can fit even in the smallest pockets of a regular backpack. As for the size, I am an XS person - 160 cm tall and 52 kg - but even the XS size of this jacket looks too big. So I'm not really happy with it for its cut but for its functionality.
