Bought 2 sets of these and the knives are slightly serrated one side but totally smooth on the bottom and other side. The knife can’t cut anything.
Wish I had purchased a different set.

I have it for some time now. I'm very happy with it, it is lightweigh and compact for easy carrying, still stiff and can be abused (I had several plastic sporks that snapped).
I do wish the knife has a blade that cuts a bit better, this one is for lasagna only ;)
