The Ridge Ace 3L Jacket from Peak Performance is a versatile waterproof jacket for demanding mountain days when rain, wind and speed are on the agenda. With a 20,000 mm water column and excellent breathability, the HIPE ACE 3-layer material provides reliable weather protection and allows any moisture generated inside to escape effectively. Fully taped seams and a water-repellent coating complete the package.

Freedom of movement and layering without stress

The wider fit leaves you room for a base layer and mid-layer when it gets cooler up on the mountain ridge, without unnecessarily restricting your freedom to move. The soft jersey lining ensures that the jacket does not feel uncomfortable even if worn with a T-shirt or thin layer. Thanks to the 2-way zip, you can easily control ventilation on the ascent without having to open the entire front. The hem and cuffs are adjustable to reduce draughts and ensure a perfect fit.

Hood, storage and added safety

The hood is easily adjustable, helmet-compatible and comes with a coated visor for clear vision even in the rain. There are zip pockets at the front for small items, as well as a mesh valuables pocket where you can store essentials separately and within easy reach. Another practical feature for the mountains is the integrated RECCO rescue reflector as an additional search signal for professional rescue crews – this is no substitute for your own safety equipment, but a useful backup component.
