Product description
It's a proven fact that crampons and down jackets do not get along when put in a pack together. You can either invest in a nylon patch kit, or you can get the Grivel Crampon Safe. Besides eliminating holes in your parka, this crampon pouch also includes a vented top to let your 'poons dry after a day on the ice.

Reviews overview
This is what other customers say:
I bought these to store my Grivel G10 crampons & the bag is adequate for that purpose. The material is robust enough to prevent the crampon spikes poking through & the mesh vent section allows air to circulate to help prevent the crampons rusting in storage. There is an image on the Grivel web site for this product which tells you if you need a small or large bag for your model of Grivel crampons.
Strong bag, great for storing crampons, easy to zip up even with gloves on.
Handy safe of nylon ripstop material with mesh cover for easy drying and two internal pockets for storing your extra bars or front bails/baskets. Have used it over 20 times. Smaller size and more flexible material than other crampons safes, compacts to nothing when empty in your backpack. Embedded name/phone tag if lost/left behind.
25 cm size is recommended for collapsible crampons like the Grivel G12. 33 cm size should be selected for not collapsible crampons like the Grivel Rambo 4.
