I am 100kg, 116cm chest (46"), 101cm waist (40"), 182 cm tall. I ordered XXL and its just right. I'm wearing it over 2 layers (base and a mid layer merino thermal) and under a jacket for winter cycling around 0C. Its snug enough for under jacket but not too snug for my frame - more rugby player than typical cyclist. It would work well as a top layer without the jacket if a bit warmer and with just one layer under for warmer still. Yellow colour is a nice hi-vis - good to find a cycling gilet thats not black!
Nice and lightweight and packable although not superpackable (it is primaloft insulated after all). Insulation level is moderate - its for active use in cold weather. Chest pocket fits a modern phone which makes a change. I don't use the rear pockets as I don't dress "roadie style" . Would be nice if it had some hip pockets as well for off the bike, but very happy with it generally though.
