I have been using Beal ice lines for over 5 years for Scottish winter climbing - ice and mixed. UK trad rock / alpine rock routes.

delightfully light on the walk in, handle well and durable. Perfect for long days on the hill when weight really matters.

Does this rope pass the UIAA test for water repellence? Does is carry the UIAA water repellence label?
