Compact 1-person tent with high wind resistance
Whether camping, trekking or bikepacking - the Trailrunner from Wechsel is the ideal companion for solo adventures in nature! The Trailrunner is a compact dome tent that offers a cosy sleeping space for one person, but can also accommodate a partner when necessary. The outer flysheet is made from tear-resistant ripstop polyester and features a water-repellent PU coating that provides reliable protection from the elements. Plus, the PU-coated tent floor is made from durable polyester to ensure that no moisture can penetrate from below either. The Trailrunner uses a windproof hybrid construction with external aluminium poles, offering generous headroom and a high degree of stability. Moreover, the tent is quickly and easily attached to the colour-coded poles using simple clips. The outer flysheet and inner tent are also already connected to each other, which makes pitching and dismantling even quicker.
Comfortable and well ventilated
The inner tent is made from a breathable and water-repellent polyester fabric that counteracts the formation of condensation. Together with the practical Apex ventilation flaps, this creates a pleasant sleeping climate. In addition, strategically-placed polyester mosquito nets keep the annoying bloodsuckers out of the tent. The reinforced guy-out points give the tent extra durability, while the reflective guy lines reduce the risk of tripping over them in the dark. The included stuff sack allows for space-saving transport within your backpack and makes the Trailrunner from Wechsel the perfect all-rounder for all kinds of outdoor activities!

even though I'm big (1,88 105kg) this is still perfect for any type of expedition.
Easy to pitch, plenty of space but I would not recommend it for places that you cant use tent stakes

Hi Sharon,
This is not a tent for extreme conditions but Wechsel do state this tent will have a a high level of wind stability. No actual wind speed measurement is offered.
Basically , I'd say this is a good value for money 3 season tent but I would say only for mountain use in fair weather.
