This very lightweight yet durable 3-person tunnel tent is part of the Zero-G Line, whose models are ideal for ambitious tours in harsh conditions with wind, rain and light snowfall while keeping weight to an absolute minimum! This is achieved not through spartan minimalism, but through highly efficient design and the use of first-class materials with excellent workmanship. The flysheet fabric is sewn with a high stitch density and, thanks to the silicone coating, is UV-resistant without compromising tear resistance. The floor, meanwhile, features a highly abrasion-resistant PU coating that combines with taped seams to provide excellent waterproofing.

The materials are incorporated into an extremely efficient construction – a prime example is the three continuous external flat pole sleeves, which provide outstanding wind stability for a tunnel tent without adding extra weight. The aerodynamic design of the Tempest 3 also allows for the asymmetric cut of the inner tent, which in turn creates a particularly long sleeping area. This means that even if all three occupants were over 2 metres tall, everyone would still have plenty of space to sleep! The particularly large vestibule, with its steep shape providing plenty of headroom, is another result of the efficient construction.
