Vaude - Allround Taurus 3P - 3-person tent

The Allround Taurus 3P from Vaude is a lightweight and weatherproof three-person tent for trekking and bikepacking. Its durable and sustainable material mix is waterproof and breathable and, thanks to the additional Vaude Eco Finish, allows water droplets to roll off even in persistent moisture.

The self-standing ridge tunnel construction of the Taurus 3P combines the advantages of a tunnel and ridge tent with its angled poles. These include the high stability with relatively large storage space, the ridge that can withstand high snow and wind loads and the ventilation that is guaranteed even in the rain.

The Taurus 3P is pitched with the inner and outer tent connected (double-pitching). This works very simply and keeps the inner tent nice and dry, even when pitching it in the rain, snow and wind. The flat channels also help to make things quick and easy. Of course, the inner tent can still be removed.

The spacious vestibule leads to the interior, whose interior walls are fitted with mosquito-proof ventilation mesh for optimum indoor climate. The inner tent door has a mesh insert that is mosquito proof and adds to the ventilation. With this level of comfort, function and safety, it is no wonder that Taurus tents are very popular with canoeists and Nordic travels.
