Hi Forbes,
o measure for a helmet, wrap a flexible measuring tape around the largest part of your head—about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and slightly above your ears. Keep the tape level, snug but not tight, and use this circumference to check the manufacturer's specific size chart.
