Product description
The Stubai Ice Track are reliable, discreet crampons with a small pack size. They're great for everyday use, working in the garden, hill walking and trekking through snow fields and icy terrain. The stainless steel chain and nine heat-treated steel points will give you the grip you need. With the flexible binding and hook-and-loop fastener, the crampons are easy to put on and fit on all kinds of shoes. The Stubai Ice Track even come with a carrying case with a carabiner for easy access and transport.

Easy to put on Fit well
Hi Rebecca , Size M 36-41 ,Size L 41-44.5 , Size XL 45-48. For a UK 7 I'd suggest a size M and UK 10 size XL.
