Drink quickly and without much effort
The Widepac 3 from Source is an excellent hydration system. Not only is it durable, but it’s also lightweight and compact. It has a wide opening to fill it up, clean it and empty it easily.
Small but practical extras
The Helix Bite Valve has three positions: one to drink, to carry and clean. The leakproof SQC push button lets you easily and safely connect and disconnect the hydration tube.

I use this for all day hikes and only in the hottest weather does it need to be supplemented with extra water bottles.
It rinses out easily as they tell you and the suction bite valve is pretty straightforward to use.
The water tastes clean. The bladder fits well into the space between the back and the rucksack. It has been robust so far, of good construction quality so has not broken or leaked. The top opens easily to fill and clean and the sliding seal is watertight.
Very satisfied with this product which was recommended by a fellow hiker.
