Hi Tunde,
No manufactire will be specific as to what temperature a coat is suitable for because of the many variables which affect how we as individuals feel the cold.
This is however designed for below zero conditions. Note also that it is not waterproof which is ideal to allow the down to breathe and it won't be raining at those temperatures either.
