The Gangkhar Parka from Sherpa is perfect for unsteady, rainy weather. The long cut, the hood and the weatherproof outer will protect you against the elements. Whether you're going for a walk or doing an easy hike, you’re guaranteed to feel comfortable.
Made of a durable and weatherproof material
Thanks to the weatherproof, double-layer Himaltec material with the DWR coating, your upper body will stay dry in moderate rain showers. Plus, all the seams are sealed, so no water can get into the jacket, even at critical areas. The material is also breathable, so moisture will be wicked away to the outside. As for warmth, it’s provided by the polyester fill, which keeps you warm in cold weather.
Some other practical features include the two-way zip for ventilation, the offset shoulder seams for increased comfort and to minimise the risk of developing uncomfortable chafing and the zipped pockets for safely storing away your valuables. It’s completed by a large hood and inner cuffs.
