A sturdy bag
The Big River Dry Bag from Sea to Summit is a must-have for adventures on land and in water! You can attach the stuff sack to kayaks, bikes and off-road vehicles with its lashing loops or carry it hands-free with the optional Dry Bag Sling.
The waterproof stuff sack is made of an abrasion-resistant 420D ripstop nylon materials and has a Tri-Coat coating for even more strength and point load capacity. Its Hypalon roll-up closure can be operated quickly and easily and prevents moisture from getting in. With its flat handles, the Big River Dry Bag is also easy to grip and carry!

We can only make a rough guess as we do not know how big the towel and shoes will be but I would say that 20 litres would be a strong option.
