The Women's Ribelle TRK GTX from Scarpa are versatile mountaineering boots, which are ideal for via ferratas as well as trekking and hiking tours.
Thanks to their dynamic sole construction, they offer cushioned and natural walking comfort. In addition, the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane shields your feet from the elements. A rubber rand makes cleaning them easier and offers greater protection in rough terrain. With a Vibram outsole, you always have a secure grip in alpine terrain. Ideal for hikers!

Lovely comfortable boot but be warned, these are very stiff and will take a while to break in! When I first started wearing them I was a bit worried that they’d snap my ankle if I fell over however, after a while this started to ease off. These boots are great for your more technical trails where you need a bit more stability or your winter mountain walks where you want good grip or even if it’s tipping it down with rain and you want a reliable waterproof boot.
I wouldn’t wear these for my more casual summer strolls/less technical trails as they are stiff and your feet can get very warm in them quite quickly.
