The Spin ST from Scarpa combine top traction with a light weight for maximum performance on muddy terrain. The upper material of the men's tail running shoes is made of a breathable and abrasion-resistant mesh. This ensures optimal ventilation even during longer runs. The high collar offers good support in the shoes and protects your ankles in the terrain.

I put in a pair of slim peba insoles which added some extra responsive cushioning and ssca result they are super for the longer distances. They take about 30k to break in but once they do they are fast and nimble across all terrain even on some road sections. Highly recommended trail and fell shoe for any distance up to 50k and maybe beyond
