Excellent for everything out doors. Good protection on rough ground and comfy when wearing all day on big mountain climbs/walks.
Not much difference if any with the GTX version, maybe just the price and slight weight advantage?

I wear a UK size 9 in my Meindl walking shoes.
Thank you.
Extremely robust and comfortable, would definitely recommend them. The sole is cushioning exceptionally well, while the slightly elevated heel helps with feet fatigue.

Scarpa has always been my go-to shoe brand for all my outdoor activities. These shoes replaced my last Scarpa approach shoes and they don't disappoint. They are supremely comfortable, they are stiff which is great for getting over tough rocky terrain and the protection around the toe gives your confidence in every step. I highly recommend.
