Ultralight neutral running shoes for experienced runners
The Kinvara 14 from Saucony is a super lightweight neutral running shoe with a very direct feel. They’re ideal for fast runs and races with medium to long distances. With a flexible, minimalist construction and a low 4 mm drop, the shoes are recommended for experienced runners.
Responsive midsole
They have a lightweight, single-layer mesh upper that ensures excellent ventilation. Plus, they have a removable insole made of PWRRUN+ foam on an EVA base that offers comfortable support and extra cushioning. The responsive midsole effectively absorbs impact forces and has excellent energy return. This propels you forward. With a sole height of 31 mm at the heel, the shoes are also ideal for half marathon distances. As for the outsole, it’s extremely flexible and provides a good feel of the ground.
The feel of the Kinvara 14 is similar to barefoot shoes. They are ideal for light to mid-weight forefoot runners who want to pick up the pace.
