The perfect high-performance approach shoes: meet the Wildfire Edge GTX from Salewa!

They feature a suede and textile upper, a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX membrane and a 3D EXA Shell reinforced collar. Plus, equipped with a 3F three-zone lacing system that extends to the forefoot, optimal support and precision whilst walking are guaranteed. In addition, the Switchfit system enables you to pull the laces back over an eyelet whenever you need, which will bring your feet forward into the toe caps for an improved climbing performance. They’re also equipped with an adjustable MFF+ footbed and an EVA midsole for both excellent cushioning and comfort. Another great feature includes the Pomoca Speed Mtn outsole that offers optimal traction on rocky surfaces, mud, grass and asphalt. Surprisingly, you’ll find an Edging Plate inside the climbing zone that provides stiffening properties for support on climbing passages, but it doesn’t affect the rest of the sole’s rolling behaviour.
