Product description
Fully adjustable full-body harness for via ferrata and mountaineering: the Civetta II by Salewa! It is recommended that you use a full-body harness whenever you visit terrain where uncontrolled falls are a possibility. Even when carrying heavy backpacks, the significantly upward shifted center of gravity adds an advantage in case you fall. Leg loops in contrasting colors and ''left''/''right'' labels on the harness simplify handling and help avoid mistakes. Two gear buckles provide space for carabiners and other climbing gear. And thanks to the buckles on the hip and chest, the Civetta II can quickly and easily be adjusted to the girth or the layers of clothing. The thin harness material does not get in the way when wearing a backpack.
Note: all harnesses that are in stock now were produced in 2012, meaning they are not affected by the current Salewa recall action.
