Product description
Waterproof jacket for hiking and multi-day tours in the mountains
The Downpour Jacket from Rab offers high-performance weather protection with an ideal pack size. Its 2.5-layer Pertex Shield fabric is windproof and waterproof and therefore not only withstands stormy gusts, but also protects you against heavy rain with a hydrostatic head of 20,000 mm.
Versatile adjustability with a helmet-compatible hood
This jacket boasts a flexible hood that can be adjusted in all directions with ease. Plus, it is reinforced and features a small shield. With the help of a 3-way adjustment system, it fits ideally over your helmet should this become necessary in the mountains. The full-length front zip also comes with a wind flap to keep cool winds at bay. Meanwhile, two zipped pockets at the front have also been hidden under wind flaps and offer storage space for all your small items. If the Downpour Jacket isn’t needed from one moment to the next, it can also be packed away inside it’s own left pocket to save space.
A lightweight, waterproof all-rounder
In addition, hook-and-loop fasteners on the sleeves and a drawstring hem seal the jacket well against the wind and rain. Low weight, small pack size and effective weather protection all in one - the Downpour Hardshell Jacket from Rab proves to be a true all-purpose talent!
The highlights at a glance:
- Windproof and waterproof 2.5-layer Pertex Shield fabric
- Versatile adjustable, helmet-compatible hood
- Low weight and a small pack size (can be stowed in its own pocket)
