Product description
The Cordex Plus from Petzl have been specially designed for belaying and abseiling. The gloves are predominantly made of a durable goatskin fabric, so they can take on tougher conditions. Due to the double leather layer at the palms and the fingertips, the gloves will prevent excessive heat from forming, especially during long rappels. However, you’ll still be able to have great control thanks to the smooth fabric. As for the cuffs, they’re guaranteed to fit great thanks to the hook-and-loop fasteners. Another practical feature includes the carabiner hole at the cuffs that allows you to attach the gloves to your harness or backpack when not in need.

I haven't used these gloves. I tried them on when I bought them. They felt painful on the sides of my fingers. Nothing I would want to wear for any time longer than strictly needed, let alone to make a lenghty trekking of klettersteig. Unfotunate, I am a big Petzl fan.
