The Dry Wax Cotton Jacket from Patagonia is a casual jacket whose durable design makes it suitable for both everyday wear and outdoor activities. The main fabric used is a 6.5-oz plain-weave fabric made from partly recycled cotton, which has been finished with a water-repellent Candelilla Dry Wax finish from Halley Stevensons. This is complemented by a brushed cotton flannel lining and elasticated cotton-elastane rib knit on the inner cuffs.

The material blend offers excellent weather resistance and ensures lasting comfort, even on long days. The construction is also durable, with high-quality materials and details such as the smooth-running yet durable front zip with a storm flap.
