Hi Alex,
No manufacture will be specific as to what temperature a garment is suitable for because of the many variables which affect how we feel / react to temperature.
This is a mid-weight insulated recycled polyester parka jacket. "For colder days, or whenever you want to be that bit warmer."
Basically , not suitable for a winter in Finland. Something like that seen in the link below will be much more suitable:
