Carries everything I want - Hilleberg Niak, duck down sleeping bag, inflatable mat, trangia, fuel, food, water, waterproofs, spare clothes and shoes, first aid, and a small bag for sketching/painting - holds enough to keep me going for a week. Comfortable carry and easy to access kit via the zip front. The pocket on the bottom seems a bit superflouous; but some may find it helpful. I can roll up a small pack and stash it under the hood to use for short runs/walks from camp.

I need not have worried about not seeing an Ortovox rucsac before. It's a super sac. A good addition to my mountain kit. 40 litres just right for solo winter hills in Scotland. Good attachments for axes and poles. I will enjoy using this sac.
Great colour for posing on the hill.
