Product description
In emergency situations, speed is of the essence. Thanks to the optimised PFA system, the Ortovox Probe Alu 320+ Pfa has a small pack size and excellent handling. The draw line allows you to open and tension the probe with a single motion. In order to determine the burial depth and your shovelling strategy, the avalanche probe has easy-to-read depth markers and a clear 1-metre marking. The bottom segment in neon orange will indicate how close the avalanche victim is when shovelling. The rubberised grip zone on the Alu 320+ PFA will ensure secure handling and warm fingers in all conditions.

This probe was exactly as expected - really good quality and as lightweight as you are going to get for the full size 320cm version - which you really need if you are on the tall side. Packs down small and fits into my Ortovox freeride backpack.
