Product description
Unique and innovative design
The perfect companion for alpine tours, it’s the 2.5L Civetta Jacket from Ortovox! This waterproof and windproof merino hardshell jacket is the best choice when low weight, a small pack size and reliable weather protection are all required in one package. With its non-porous Dermizax high-performance membrane and 2.5-layer construction, it combines the hydrostatic head of a hardshell jacket with the low weight and breathability of a windproof jacket. Its patented micro bead structure on the lining protects the membrane from abrasion and feels pleasant against your skin thanks to its quick moisture-wicking properties.
Perfectly equipped for any situation
Details include the backpack-optimised chest pocket, in which the jacket itself can be stowed away. Thanks to a handy loop, the packed away jacket can quickly be attached to a climbing harness or stored in its compressed state inside your backpack. An elasticated hem and cuffs alongside the ergonomically shaped sleeves ensure full freedom of movement in the 2.5L Civetta Jacket. In addition, the hood is also ergonomically shaped and, thanks to the soft 120 Merino Tec panels in the chin and forehead area, offers you comfort without chafing.
The highlights at a glance:
- Ingenious construction and membrane technology for maximum function
- Ideal for high-intensity mountain sports, such as ski touring, alpine touring and alpine climbing
- Many comfortable and practical details
- Minimal weight thanks to superfine high-tech polyamide
