It is windproof up to 99%, thus effectively protects the body from hypothermia. On top of that, it is strongly water repellent and abrasion-resistant.The Mira Jacket also gets full marks in terms of freedom of movement. The outstanding stretch leaves you absolutely free to move around. Waffle fabric on the inside absorbs moisture and wicks it away to the surface. Despite all these features, the jacket is very light in weight and can be packed to a small size to fit every backpack. The neatly cut hood fits tightly to your head and can be worn under a climbing helmet.
