Whether you’re alpine touring or glacier trekking, the Kento Mountain High GTX mountaineering boots from Mammut are designed for uncompromising use on rock and ice. At the same time, the high-cut mountaineering boots are fully compatible with crampons and particularly hardwearing. The boots are made from leather and completely waterproof thanks to their breathable GORE-TEX membrane. They feature an all-round abrasion-resistant sole edge to ensure that they’re not damaged by sharp stones or the prongs of crampons.
The Kento Mountain High GTX mountaineering boots from Mammut are padded with 3D Memo Foam. This adapts comfortably to your feet, offers great support and prevents blisters at the same time. Lastly, a high-traction Vibram Hexa Tech sole, comfortable insulation and precise 2-zone lacing round off the functional features of these mountaineering boots.

Initial thoughts:
Compared to the La Sportiva Nepal it's a tad bit softer by default, so it's better for walking.
Quality wise it feels great.
Sizing is true to size, the boots are exactly as long as stated, but you should note that it fits narrow, but has decent room for toes. More narrow than the nepal. Not recommended for wide feet at all.
