I use this rope with my click-up belay device and it's just perfect! most ropes, especially the ones in the climbing gym are often too think for it.
the handling is very easy with this rope.

Hiya I'm starting out with my son sports climbing in wye valley wales in the new year and want to know is this a good enough rope for outdoor sports climbing...many thanks
Hi John - it's a cracking rope for the crag. I use one myself in 80m for projecting routes as it's nice and durable :-) You could also consider our special edition of the Edelrid Priti 9.6 - it's another great choice and has a special thermo shield finish which makes it handle really well in belay devices like a Grigri.
