Made for competition and speed - the Ultratrail FX.One SL from Leki
These 4-piece trail running poles are designed for races and intensive runs. Made from carbon (HRC), they combine high rigidity with a low weight. Thanks to their folding construction, the poles can be folded up compactly. With a length of 120 cm, their pack size is 36 cm and they weigh just 139 g per pole.
Functional details for use in trail running
In addition, the Trail Trigger Shark System makes it easy to click the strap in and out. Meanwhile, the Trigger Shark Mesh Strap fits snugly and supports a direct power transfer. The grip nose and grip extension offer extra possibilities in how to use them. Plus, the Trail Running baskets and tips are designed for speed and changing terrain.
Simply unfold, connect the segments, and head off to the finish line.

Note on the area of application: The product is weight-optimised and designed for use in competition. It requires particularly trained and careful use and is not designed as an everyday training tool. For the purpose of everyday training, we recommend other poles from our range that are optimised for special durability. We recommend use in trail running only on secured paths and not in exposed terrain, i.e. in alpine mountain sports where there is a risk of falling, on snow, ice or glaciers. Special design - does not comply with DIN 79016.
I’m looking for a Nordic walking pole that is packable in my luggage and suitable for normal (not competitive) Nordic walking, on mixed terrain. I need 115cm pole. What would you recommend?
I would say the Leki Traveller Alu would be an excellent option and these come supplied with the Leki Powergrip pads.
