Worn out the good old crash pad? Or is your next bouldering vacation just around the corner and you are still looking for the right pad? In that case you should take a closer look at the Spotmaster 2.0 by LACD. The crash pad by LACD (Lost Arrow Climbing Division) offers everything expected of a bouldering mat. The Spotmaster 2.0 features a padded shoulder strap for comfortable transport over long distances.
It has an overall thickness of 10 cm, spread over three layers of foam. The upper foam layer is hard and easily absorbs minor shocks. The impact of stronger shocks is evenly distributed through the harder to the softer layer, which then absorbs the shock. The bottom layer is harder again to prevent smashing through. The center crease of the Spotmaster 2.0 is beveled by 45° so as to prevent injury when landing in the center of the pad.
Thanks to the flap on the underside, shoes and chalk bag can be carried in the crash pad so no additional backpack is needed. See you at the next bouldering spot - with the Spotmaster 2.0.
