Gloves made of durable and coated cowhide leather
The breathable Hestra Wakayama 5 Finger gloves are simple and casual. Featuring a durable cowhide leather outer that’s been treated with a natural waterproof coating, the elements will be kept at bay and you’ll have good grip.
Equipped with warm inner gloves made of wool
The gloves are equipped with warm, breathable and odour-inhibiting wool inner gloves that’ll keep your hands warm even if they get wet. Plus, the Wakayama have elastic and reinforced cuffs. Thanks to their drawstring, you can regulate the fit and make them sit nicely under your sleeves. Thanks to the outward-facing seams and seamless palms and back of the hands, the gloves are grippy, durable and easy to repair if necessary. This makes them ideal for use in tough conditions, where comfort is needed. They’ll protect your hands and fingers when skiing or touring. With the proper care, the everyday gloves will last you a long time.

only the white color of this product is chrome free! all others are not!
i emailed hestra and they confirmed this! i also emailed them in question for the "natural waterproof coating" but they do not respond to this question, so take that whit a grain of salt.
i ended up giving these gloves to a family member who enjoys them greatly, and does not care about either. if you don't care about it being chrome free or if it really had a natural coating ,this product will serve you well. its good quality and comfortable however i am very disturbed by the lack of transparency from bergfreunde in this case about only 1 color being actually chrome free. and refusal to confirmation from hestra about this products water proof coating. if you are looking for something natural and chrome free this is not the product for you unless you don't mind the impregnation and get the white version.
