I have a toe that hates to bend so I need a rigid outsole, soft flexible outsoles are horrible for me (although I still like soft comfort inside the boot). The trouble is most stiff soles have leather uppers which are so hot in summer and my feet swell. Do you have any suggestions? Many thanks
Hello Michaela, The sizing could be described as "true to size " but much depends on the fit that you need. If in any doubt it's best to order a couple of pairs to try at home then return those that do not fit for a refund
Could I use this in mud and does it have good inner sole. Its very expensive for me and have to think 50 times before buying. The one I use now is brooks glycerin. Can you help please.
Hi Shalina, These boots will not have the level of cushioning that you're looking for. I can only guess at this point but I think you would be better off with a boot perhaps from Hoka One One.

Hi Lesley, The Tatra Lady Light GTX has B rating from Hanwag which will make it reasonably but not overly stiff. Warm boots in summer is common but it's not just a leather upper which makes the boots warm and make your feet swell. Hiking alone will make the feet swell but that combined with warmer weather and a Gore-Tex lining can make things uncomfortable. There's no easy answer for you but with a little more information we could make a good recommendation. Perhaps give us a call on : 03 33 33 67058
