Walk over scree and feel like you’re walking on clouds with the Ancash II GTX from Hanwag! Built for long distances and heavy loads, this particularly sturdy walking boot is equipped with Hanwag’s innovative midsole "Trekking SF" for optimised cushioning.

The so-called Hanwag Straight Fit last lives up to its name, providing an optimal fit and more space at the forefoot to prevent any pressure sensations on descents. The comfortable instep area provides an enormous amount of lateral stability with some forward flex as well.

When the going gets tough and the weather gets worse, the GORE-TEX lining will keep your feet nice and dry. Despite protective rand, toe bumper, reinforced heel counter and nubuck collar, the Ancash is light and ensures a smooth heel-to-toe transition. This boot is made to prevent fatigue when you’re adventuring with a heavy load!
