Product description
Durable walking boots for long tours
If you are still looking for weatherproof walking boots for multi-day hikes and trekking tours, then the Scand GTX Mid from Haglöfs are the ideal choice for you. These boots are particularly durable and can cope well with harsh conditions. They are also very comfortable to wear and offer good comfort even on long touring days. The upper is made from durable suede, which is also highly water-repellent. In addition, the boots are comfortably breathable thanks to the integrated Gore-Tex membrane.
Good grip and optimised fit
The rubber outsole ensures good grip and, thanks to its multi-directional tread design, offers you optimised traction on a variety of surfaces. In addition, the 3-zone lacing allows you to adjust them perfectly to the shape of your feet. As a result, they fit well and do not cause any uncomfortable pressure points or chafing, even on long days.

Reviews overview
This is what other customers say:
Have owned walking and mountaineering boots for 30 years.
Have always liked haglöfs gear as it's very good quality.
Reason I bought this pair is predominantly the depth of the tread lugs. Annoyingly, most footwear seems to be designed to wear out after a year, and yet the uppers are still in excellent condition. It's really annoying to pay £125+ on a pair of shoes/boots and then have the sole wear out so quickly. These have a good deal of tread, are very comfortable and look good.
However, the sizing is terrible. Always been a size 8, occasionally 8.5. Bought these in an 8 and could barely get my foot in them! Went to a size 9 and there's too much room in toebox! 8.5 not available! The footbed is also not as comfortable as it should be with a very basic insole.
Laces are far too long as well.
Nice hoot, but there are better.
