Product description
Secure belaying and abseiling with the Master Pro by Grivel! This hybrid of descender and belay device is based on the tube principle. Its design is highlighted by a V-shaped nose that stabilizes the climbing rope. The nose also creates a great deal of friction in order to improve the brake force. This relieves your fingers when your climbing partner hangs on the rope for a while or prefers longer routes. Moreover, it ensures better control over the rope during abseiling and lowering your partner. The Master Pro is also a perfect solution for alpine climbing or setting up belay stations. Thanks to the V-shaped nose, the angle of the belay device can be changed easily when your partner needs more rope. You don't have to put your carabiner through complicated hole constructions. Simply lay the carabiner or rope around the nose.
Further advantages of the tuber: The material savings also save a lot of weight. Moreover, the holes prevent overheating and keep you from burning your fingers on the tuber! Grivel's Master Pro is perfect for indoor walls, climbing gardens or alpine purposes!
