Love this bag - it's extremely comfortable and carried a heavy load really well. The hip straps are wide and supportive but soft and bendy, which means it fits on luggage racks easily. The hip pockets are generous and easily fit my phone. The stash pocket on the front was a real selling point for me - I love somewhere to stash layers and waterproofs - it really adds to the capacity of the bag. I seemed to be able to fit loads in - away for 3 days with laptop, waterproofs, layers, 2x lunchboxes, 3x water bottles, make up, wash kit, other bits and bobs - was stuffed but took it all. Definitely recommend this one. Customer service and delivery faultless also.
