Made of incredibly tough material, this mountaineering backpack is a prime option for demanding mountaineering routes or long hikes in bad weather - the Torrent 45 from Exped!
The pack uses abrasion-resistant synthetic fabric with a water-repellent TPU film laminate, giving it a hydrostatic head of 10,000 mm. The welded roll-top closure provides easy access to the interior and the large opening makes packing and unpacking super easy. The anatomical harness system, complete with adjustable shoulder straps and a padded HDPE back plate, make the pack comfortable to carry even when it’s filled to the brim and you’re going long distances. The padded hip belt is removable, so you can take it off when you don’t need it. The shoulder strap webbing is secured to the base of the pack for optimal control, even without the hip belt. There are also reflective elements on the outside to increase your visibility in low-light conditions.
