Product description
Lightweight and sturdy climbing helmet in a hybrid design
The Zodiac II climbing helmet from Edelrid is a combination of an ABS outer shell and an EPS inner shell that provides reliable protection when climbing and mountaineering. Whether sport climbing out on the crag, alpine climbing, ice climbing or via ferrata - the Edelrid climbing helmet is a reliable all-rounder that fits well and provides good ventilation in warm weather.
Precisely customisable helmet with Wing-Fit system
Edelrid has equipped the Zodiac II with the quickly adjustable Wing-Fit System, which features a rotary dial at the back of the head. This allows the helmet to be adjusted quickly and perfectly. Removable pads, which are also washable, complement the climbing helmet and increase your wearing comfort. Meanwhile, at just 356 g, the helmet is pleasantly lightweight.
Large ventilation openings allow heat to escape and ensure a pleasant supply of fresh air in the Edelrid helmet. Its variety of features makes the Zodiac II the perfect head protection for alpinists and sport climbers alike.
The highlights at a glance:
- Lightweight and well-ventilated climbing helmet
- With ABS outer shell and EPS inner shell
- Comfortably adjustable Wing-Fit system
- Removable and washable padding
Note: The service life of Edelrid climbing helmets is a maximum of 14 years from the date of manufacture (10 years of use + 4 years of storage). Depending on the frequency of use, or if damaged, the expected service life can be reduced.

This is what other customers say:
Pressure spot where the adjustor is - it has a piece of foam on it which pushes into my head, even when fitted correctly. I can bear with it, especially with a hat underneath, its a great value helmet.
