The Shark Auto crampons from Edelrid are best suited for ice climbing, ski tours and expeditions.
Their 3D design and the steel bridge made from spring steel ensure extremely low weight with good dimensional stability. Plus, the steel features a permanent coating, which makes it particularly robust and long-lasting. In addition, the 3D front points provide you with optimal grip on steeper ice and good load-bearing capacity on snow.
To prevent lumps of snow from forming under your crampons, the Shark Auto crampons are equipped with robust anti-balling plates. Moreover, you can use the Shark Auto crampons with crampon-compatible and semi-crampon-compatible footwear thanks to their versatile interchangeable bindings. Meanwhile, the easy-to-use strap keeper can be opened completely for improved handling. Plus, you can easily combine the Shark Auto crampons with all Edelrid crampon parts and binding systems.
